ASSERT was started in 2004 by Officer Glen Evans and his wife Annmarie from Xenia, Ohio.  There heart to empower children, young women, and adult women stemmed from many incidents through the years of abductions and abuses witnessed by Glen both professionally and from media. He inherited this passion to protect from his beloved mother, Kay Evans!

The ASSERT team has continued to grow and embrace the effort to stamp out the social injustices of SEXUAL/HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
